H2FA has brought together a team of business leaders with proven track records to guide the establishment of Australia’s first integrated modular hydrogen production and refuelling operation. Our team will ensure that H2FA produces and delivers renewable hydrogen - leaving only minimal environmental impact.

Francesco Ceravolo
Francesco Ceravolo
Managing Director
With a background in the scaling of large energy projects and an understanding of the needs of large energy users, Francesco is well placed to lead H2FA’s team.
A mechanical engineer (RMIT) with an MBA in Finance (Manchester), Francesco began his career in energy with Pirelli, as part of the engineering team which commissioned the Basslink Project, before working as a project engineer for Australian Energy Company (now Victorian Hydrogen Industries).
More recently, Francesco has worked as a private consultant analysing energy policy and its implications for both organisations and private investors.

With a Graduate Diploma in Law (Monash), Robert is a financial markets expert with extensive investment and trading experience. Since 1987 he has worked in equities, fixed interest, futures and foreign exchange for brokers and banks alike. He has more than twenty years’ experience in private advisory roles, focusing on select investment opportunities for private investors.
Robert’s vast corporate experience includes many years spent working for entities such as PETStock Pty Ltd and several major banks. He has also held directorships in several companies including Global Integrity Pty Ltd and OzJet Airlines Pty Ltd.

Craig's career has spanned large multinationals and mid-size businesses throughout the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia Pacific. Educated at Charles Sturt University and the University of South Australia, he has worked in fields as diverse as FMCG, Defence, Life Sciences and now Clean Technology. Craig currently works in core partnership with two leading European technology firms as well as numerous other global suppliers of hydrogen and energy equipment to create commercial operating models for the production and consumption of green hydrogen.

Education
A PhD in Chemical Engineering (Monash University), Rebecca has been developing and advocating for circular systems and sustainable fuels for over a decade. She is a co-founder of Biofuel Innovations, builders of a 2000L biodiesel pilot plant in Dandenong, and is involved in organisations such as Future Fuels CRC, an initiative supported by The University of Melbourne where Rebecca is currently a research fellow.

A global expert in emerging technology and digital business building, Angelo brings to H2FA excellence in C-Suite governance and leadership in early stage growth environments. As a qualified systems and software engineer (RMIT), he has built an international career over more than 20 years, spanning executive leadership, management consulting, business innovation, corporate strategy, digital transformation and project delivery.

Legal Counsel
A graduate of Monash University (Science and Law), Cate is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a long-standing member of the Law Institute, a recipient of its Justice/Pro Bono Award and an accredited specialist in Costs Law. A widely published author of legal papers and an expert in legal costs analysis and commercial litigation, Cate brings a wealth of business and legal knowledge and experience to H2FA.

Project Engineering
A Masters of Engineering (Monash University) with training in electrical engineering, robotics, automation and biomedical engineering, Arthur has built a career as a senior consultant in sectors as diverse as food, pharmaceutical, biomedical, defence, utilities, renewable energy, automotive and aerospace. Having managed projects in Australia (including Australia’s first fully integrated hydrogen refuelling facility), Asia and Europe, he is uniquely placed to lead H2FA as its head project engineer.
